Use this guide to purchase AI Estimate credits from the Billing page before generating AI estimates.
Before you buy
- AI estimate credits are required before you can run Generate AI Estimate from a work order
- if your credit total is zero, the app will prompt you to purchase more credits
- if your shop signs up for Elite, your account may receive a one-time AI credit gift during sign-up
- Elite does not include a recurring monthly AI credit allotment
- additional credits can still be purchased separately whenever you need more
Steps
- Log in to app.hibbittsautopro.com.
- Open My Profile, then select Account Billing.
- Find the AI estimate credits area.
- Choose the package that fits your usage needs.
- Select your payment method.
- Complete checkout.
- Return to the app and confirm your updated credit total.
After checkout
- your updated credit balance appears in your Billing information
- when you return to a work order, your available credits will be shown in the AI estimate workflow
- you are now ready to generate AI estimates
