Save your shop’s usual warranty or guarantee language in the Company Profile. HibbittsAutoPro automatically applies these terms to new work orders, while still allowing you to change them for a specific job.

Set Your Default Guarantee

1. Log in to app.hibbittsautopro.com.
2. Open My Profile, then select your Company Profile.
3. Find the Default Guarantee field.
4. Enter the warranty or guarantee terms your shop normally provides.
5. Save the Company Profile.

What Happens Next

The default is copied to each new work order. It does not replace warranty terms on existing work orders, and staff can revise the copied terms for an individual job.

Tip: Keep the default broad enough for your usual work. Use the work-order field when a repair, part, or manufacturer warranty needs different language.
