What you will see in the AI Estimates modal

• Service Description for the suggested job scope.
• Estimated Base Labor with selectable labor scenarios.
• Notes and Recommendations that help support parts, checks, and repair steps.

Steps

1. Click View AI Estimates from the Actions panel.
2. Read each recommendation and decide if it matches your job scope.
3. Select one or more recommendations with the left side checkboxes.
4. For each selected recommendation, choose a labor scenario.
5. Click Apply Selected to insert the chosen recommendations into the work order.

Labor scenario guidance

• Best case: use when access and condition are favorable.
• Typical case: use for normal shop conditions.
• Worst case: use when complexity or risk can increase labor time.
• Scenario choice updates base labor so estimates can reflect real world conditions.

Other actions

• Reject All discards all recommendations in the modal.
• Cancel closes the modal without applying any changes.

After applying

• The work order updates with the items you selected.
• Added line items include expanded job details and recommendations to support accurate quoting.
• You can continue editing labor, pricing, and scope before finalizing the estimate.
