Generate an AI estimate from a work order after prerequisites are complete.

Prerequisites

• You are logged in to Hibbitts Auto Pro.
• The work order has an attached vehicle record.
• The work order has at least one line item that describes the repair need.
• Your account has at least one AI estimate credit.

Build inputs for better AI results

• Use detailed line item wording. The clearer the repair request, the better the recommendation quality.
• Fill out the vehicle record as completely as possible, including mileage, trim, make, and model.
• Add any important context in the line item notes before running AI Estimates.

Steps

1. Open a new or existing work order.
2. Confirm AI estimate credits in the Actions panel.
3. Review the vehicle and line item details for completeness.
4. Click Generate AI Estimate.
5. Wait for background processing. Generation can take a few seconds up to about one minute.
6. Confirm the success message and the new View AI Estimates button in the Actions panel.

What happens next

• Open View AI Estimates to review AI recommendations before applying anything.
• You keep full control of what gets added to the work order.
• If output is too generic, improve line item detail and vehicle data, then generate again.
