Advanced Service Orders

Take your work orders to the next level with advanced tracking, photos, and smarter notes

Premium Service Orders is an optional Pro feature that upgrades your standard work orders into richer, more detailed “service orders” inside your HibbittsAutoPro account.

This collection of features works especially well when paired with Premium Printing (for custom print templates and layouts) and our Stripe Click-to-Pay integration (for fast online payments from the customer view).

A quick overview of what Premium Service Orders unlocks:

Premium Service Orders lets you:

  • Use custom work order statuses that match your workflow
    Define your own statuses in addition to Open and Closed, such as Technician In Progress, Waiting for Parts, or Customer Notified, then filter your work orders list by those statuses.
  • Attach photos directly to line items
    Upload one or more images per line item to document vehicle condition, parts, damage, and completed work, each with an optional description so your team and your customers know exactly what they are seeing.
  • Control which notes customers can see
    Add notes to line items and choose whether each note is customer-visible or internal only, so you can keep sensitive details in the shop while still sharing clear explanations on printed and online estimates and invoices.
  • Provide a richer online view for customers
    When you email an estimate or invoice, your customer can open an enhanced online view that includes their service details, photos, and customer-visible notes, and if you are using Stripe Click-to-Pay they can pay from that same screen.

To enable Premium Service Orders, go to My Profile → Account Billing, locate Advanced Service Orders in the Pro Features section, and start your trial. After the trial period, the feature is billed monthly as part of your HibbittsAutoPro subscription.
