Understanding Plans and Billing

Use this guide to understand the HibbittsAutoPro plan options and manage your subscription from the Billing page.

Plan overview

HibbittsAutoPro now uses a simpler plan structure:

  • Free
  • Pro
  • Elite

This replaces the older billing model where several tools were managed as separate premium feature add-ons.

Free

Free is a good starting point for shops getting organized and setting up their account.

If your shop needs access to more advanced workflow, documentation, or team features, you can upgrade from the Billing page.

Pro

Pro brings together the premium tools most active shops need in one plan.

This includes:

  • Premium Printing
  • Subaccounts
  • Advanced Service Orders

Elite

Elite includes everything in Pro, plus more AI estimate credits and priority support.

If you need more AI estimate credits beyond what is included at sign-up, you can still buy additional credits separately from the Billing page.

AI estimate credits

AI estimate credits can be purchased separately when needed.

Elite does not include a recurring monthly credit allotment. It includes a one-time AI credit gift when signing up, and more credits can be purchased later as needed.

What current paying customers should expect

If you currently pay for one or more premium features, your account will be moved to Pro automatically.

You do not need to re-subscribe to keep access to your premium tools.

How the 6-month loyalty reward works

We apply a 6-month loyalty reward that covers the difference between what you are currently paying and the new Pro price.

That means:

  • your monthly cost will not increase for the next 6 months
  • you will get access to the full Pro feature set during that time
  • you do not need to manage separate add-on subscriptions to keep those tools

How to change plans

  1. Log in to app.hibbittsautopro.com.
  2. Open My Profile.
  3. Select Account Billing.
  4. Review the available plan options.
  5. Choose the plan that best fits your shop.
  6. Confirm the change.
