Use the Currency field in your Company Profile to make pricing and totals more consistent across your shop. This setting is saved at the shop level and is used when HibbittsAutoPro displays monetary amounts in work orders, payments, printed documents, product pricing, and dashboard revenue.
How to set your shop currency
- Log in to app.hibbittsautopro.com.
- In the left-hand menu, click My Profile.
- Select Company Profile.
- In the Company Details panel, scroll down to the Currency field.
- Select the currency that matches how your shop wants to display prices and totals.
- Click Save Company Details.
What this setting affects
- Work order totals, subtotals, tax, discounts, and shipping costs
- The Payments Panel, including total payments and amount due
- Printed estimates and invoices, including premium print templates
- Product pricing views
- Dashboard revenue displays
Supported currencies
You can choose from the supported currencies available in the Currency drop-down, including USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, JPY, CHF, CNY, INR, and MXN.
Why this feature matters
Choosing the correct shop currency helps your team see the right symbol throughout daily operations and helps customer-facing documents match what your shop sees internally.
Important notes
- This is a shop-level setting, so it applies across the account rather than just one browser or one staff member.
- This setting controls operational currency display throughout HibbittsAutoPro.
- Stripe billing, subscriptions, and related billing charges remain in USD.
- After saving a new currency, review a recent work order, payment, or printed invoice if you want to confirm the displayed symbol matches your shop preference.
