How to Set Your Shop Time Zone

Use the Time Zone field in your Company Profile to make date and time displays more consistent across your shop. This setting is saved at the shop level and is used when Hibbitts Auto Pro displays timestamps in work orders, estimates, invoices, and printed resources.

How to set your shop time zone

  1. Log in to app.hibbittsautopro.com.
  2. In the left-hand menu, click My Profile.
  3. Select Company Profile.
  4. In the Company Details panel, scroll down to the Time Zone field.
  5. Select the time zone that matches your shop location.
  6. Click Save Company Details.

What this setting affects

  • Created dates on work orders and estimates
  • Note timestamps within work orders
  • Payment and refund dates
  • Dates shown on printed estimates and invoices
  • Other date and time displays that follow your shop settings

Why this feature matters

Choosing the correct shop time zone helps reduce confusion when records are created near the end of the day, when team members work across regions, or when printed and emailed documents are shared with customers.

Important notes

  • This is a shop-level setting, so it applies to the shop account rather than just one browser or one staff member.
  • If your shop has not chosen a time zone yet, Hibbitts Auto Pro uses safe fallback behavior until a time zone is configured.
  • After saving a new time zone, review a recent work order or printed invoice if you want to confirm the displayed dates match your shop location.
