Before customers can book online, configure your appointment settings and mark at least one service as bookable. These settings control which dates and times appear on your public booking page.
Configure Appointment Settings
- Open Appointments from the sidebar.
- Select Settings.
- Set the Number of Service Bays. This controls how many appointments can overlap at one time.
- Set the Appointment Duration. This controls the length of each appointment slot.
- Set your Business Hours Start and Business Hours End.
- Set an optional Buffer Between Appointments for prep or cleanup time.
- Set Max Days Ahead to control how far into the future customers can book.
- Select Save Settings.
Mark Services as Bookable
- Open Products from the sidebar.
- Open a Service type item.
- Turn on the Bookable checkbox.
- Save the service item.
Only Service type items can be made bookable. Regular products or parts are not offered for appointment scheduling. If no bookable service exists, the Appointments screens show a warning and link back to Products before the booking URL is shown.
Share the Booking Link
After settings and bookable services are ready, copy the public booking URL from Appointments, Appointment Settings, or Company Profile. You can share this link in email, text messages, social media, or on your website. The settings page also includes a simple website button snippet.
