The Appointments feature gives your shop a hosted online booking workflow. Customers can choose a bookable service, select an available time, and submit their contact and vehicle information. New bookings appear in your admin dashboard where you can track status, review customer and vehicle details, and create a work order.

- Set appointment availability based on your service bays, hours, duration, buffer time, and max booking window.
- Choose which service items customers can book online.
- Share a public booking link or website button with customers.
- Manage booked appointments from the HibbittsAutoPro dashboard.
