How Customers Book Appointments Online

The public booking page lets customers request service appointments from a hosted HibbittsAutoPro page. It is designed to be simple, mobile friendly, and easy to link from your existing website.

Customer Booking Steps

  1. The customer opens your public booking URL.
  2. The page shows your shop name and logo when a logo has been uploaded.
  3. The customer selects one of the services you marked as Bookable.
  4. The customer chooses a date.
  5. The page loads available time slots based on your settings, current bookings, service bays, business hours, buffer time, and max days ahead.
  6. The customer selects a time and continues.
  7. The customer enters name, email address, and phone number.
  8. The customer enters vehicle year, make, model, and optional VIN.
  9. The customer selects Book Appointment.

Confirmation

After booking, the customer sees a confirmation screen with appointment details. They can add the appointment to Google Calendar or download an .ics file for Apple Calendar, Outlook, or other calendar apps.

A confirmation email is also sent with the appointment details and your shop contact information.
