How to Get Help and Send Feedback in HibbittsAutoPro

The built-in Get Help form lets logged-in HibbittsAutoPro users send questions, feedback, and screenshots without leaving the app or using an outside form.

How to open the help form

  1. Log in to app.hibbittsautopro.com.
  2. In the top navigation, click Get Help!.
  3. The Get Help modal opens over your current screen so you can stay in the workflow you were using.

How to send a support message

  1. Enter a short Subject.
  2. Use the Message field to explain what happened, what you expected, and any steps that may help us reproduce the issue.
  3. If helpful, click Choose Files to attach screenshots or supporting files.
  4. Click Send.

Attachment guidelines

You can attach images and PDFs. HAP accepts up to 5 files, with a 5 MB limit per file and a 10 MB total limit across all attachments.

If a file is not accepted, remove it and choose a supported image or PDF that is within the size limits.

What happens after you send the form

HAP sends the message to the support team with your account context, including your user email and shop information. This helps us understand who is asking for help without requiring you to enter those details again.

Your support request is delivered by email with any attachments included. For now, support follow-up happens by email rather than through an in-app ticket history.

Important notes

  • The help form is available after you log in to HibbittsAutoPro.
  • You do not need a Google account to send feedback from inside the app.
  • For the fastest help, include the page you were using, what you clicked, and any error message you saw.
