Existing customer records support international address formats, including country selection, state or province values, and postal codes outside the United States. Update the address fields using the format that matches the customer’s location.

You have two ways to edit an existing customer:

1. Edit a customer while working on a work order.
   
2. Edit a customer from the customer detail page.
