Create a new customer while creating a new work order.
Instructional Video:
In the left column menu select the “Work Orders” link. This will take you to a page that displays all of your historic work orders.
Click the “New Work Order” button located in the top right of the Work Order listing page.
While on the Work Order creation page. Locate the “Customers” panel. Then press the “Create New Customer” button.
The create new customer modal will then load and you’ll be presented with a form for entering the customer’s details, including street address, city, state or province, postal code, and country. Enter the address exactly as it should appear for the customer’s location.
