Instructional Video:

1. In the left column menu select the “Customers” link. This will take you to a page that displays all of your customers with active work orders and allows you to search for specific customers in your database.
   
2. At the top of the customer search page is an input field that is used to search for customers.
   
3. The search field can be used to find a customer by typing any of the following within the field: customer first name, customer last name, customer phone number.
   

Search results will appear beneath the search bar as you type.
